I’m here to help shine a therapeutic light on the underlying issues that may be affecting your well-being. Life can often feel overwhelming, and sometimes we need support to better understand how our past and present experiences shape our mental health. You may be going through a rough patch and need some short term support or you are on a longer journey of understanding. Every person’s needs are different. Through therapy, we can explore a current puzzling issue and gain understanding or go deeper into the layers of your life, helping you understand the impact of your experiences and how they influence your thoughts and emotions.

Drawing from a range of counselling and psychotherapeutic techniques, I provide a warm and supportive space where we can work together to uncover what’s hidden, find relief, and move forward toward a healthier and more meaningful life. The therapeutic approaches I mainly draw on are Person-Centred Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and Focusing Orientated Therapy.

This process can sometimes be challenging, but you can feel confident knowing that we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you. You don’t need to know exactly what the issue is and you don’t need to have seen a therapist before. I offer support for a variety of challenges, including

  • depression

  • anxiety

  • feeling overwhelmed

  • low self-esteem

  • Struggling with parenting

  • Loss, grief and feelings of loneliness

  • Loss of connection with your work

  • interpersonal difficulties and more.
